What does it take to put together the largest AV focused event in North America, also referred to as InfoComm? There is a lot of set up, organization, and planning to host an event with over 1,000 exhibitors, thousands of products, and 40,000 attendees from over 100 countries!

For Peerless-AV, we plan our attendance at the show months in advance, and arrive a few days prior to kick-off, to get our booth set up and make sure everything is event-ready! Although it’s a big undertaking, the solidarity of our team and dedication to creating an unforgettable experience drive us through the preparation.

Team Work Makes the Dream Work: Assembly Time

First, our team will arrive for booth set up – but that doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun while we do it!

At first, it may seem impossible that merely a stack of boxes will be our booth, but after some assembly and product installs, our vision starts to come to life. We’d love for you to stop by (Booth #901) to see the finished set up!

This year we’ll be showcasing our outdoor displays, indoor kiosk, ADA- compliant vertical lift carts, mounting solutions, and more.

Do You Have What It Takes? The Pit Stop Challenge

Celebrating our work as the Official Outdoor Display Provider for the Daytona International Speedway, we will be hosting a Pit Stop Challenge! Visitors to the booth will be able to participate in an exciting race to the finish – attendees will compete against one another to do their best “Pit Crew” impressions and change a tire on a model racing car. The “Pit Crew” member with the fastest time overall will win a Daytona 500 Prize Package! On your marks, get set, go!

Rising to the Occasion: TIDE

This year’s InfoComm is going to be very special. Launching for the first time is a design-focused thought leadership conference that concentrates on storytelling. Referred to as TIDE (Technology. Innovation. Design. Experience.), this conference aims to help attendees understand the role that AV plays in creating business solutions.

Each brand will tell a different story; whether it’s about a recent product launch or live event, each message will share how AV technology was a critical element to that project.

As a Gold sponsor of TIDE, we strongly encourage everyone to stop over and hear about the powerful impact AV has had on various brands.

Cool Down at The Park

Another InfoComm first, The Park will offer an indoor oasis and escape from the heat of Orlando with food trucks, live music, and more! Visitors will be able to come, relax, and recharge in lounge areas. Located in Hall E (E for Eating and Entertainment, two things we can definitely get on board with), there will also be meet-ups and networking events throughout the show.
