Valentine’s Day: Installations We Love From Around the World

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, which makes it a perfect time to show our recent installations and case studies some love. From Oklahoma to Iceland, take a trip around the world and check out our innovative work!

First Americans Museum

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The Peerless-AV team, along with the Ford Audio-Systems, LLC, and Waystone LLC were tasked with constructing and installing a giant, suspended, and curved LED video wall to wrap around the center of the museum that would mimic the center of a tribal village. Deploying our SEAMLESS dvLED Video Wall Integration Program, we successfully created the perfect mounting solution for this unique installation.

Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa

Victoria, British Columbia

The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa is a luxury hotel located in Victoria, British Columbia had aspirations of becoming the first 5-star Diamond Westin Hotel. In order to do so, the resort sought a unique and visually stunning video wall display that would “reimagine the guest experience.”

Peerless-AV, in conjunction with NovMega Digital Solutions and LG Canada, created a dramatic dvLED video wall system that ran the entire length of the ballroom wall, measuring 63ft wide by 9 ft tall. Our teams faced many setbacks, like construction delays, in the installation process, in addition to increased delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, In March of 2021, a four-man crew installed the dvLED video wall in just 10 days.

Imperial College London

South Kensington, London

Imperial College London, one of the world’s leading universities, tasked Peerless-AV with completing an installation in its Business School to create a teaching room/lecture theatre and a multi-modal collaborative space. Peerless-AV’s SmartMount® Full Service Video Wall Mounts (DS-VW765-LQR) were chosen as the mounting solution for 32 panels on a video wall, making it easy for servicing and maintenance.

National Theatre of Iceland

Reykjavik, Iceland

The National Theatre of Iceland is one of two main theatres in Reykjavik, Iceland, drawing attention to its stunning architecture and dramatic, decorative elements. In summer 2020, the theatre’s technical team researched how to install outdoor digital signage to replace traditional, static signage outside the theatre. By partnering with leading Nordic IT service company, Oriogo, Peerless-AV installed four 65″ Xtreme High Bright Outdoor Displays (XHB652), secured to Outdoor Flat Wall Mounts, creating a digital signage solution that complimented the theatre’s architecture and provided optimal picture and viewing at any time of day, at any angle, and in all types of weather.

We are so proud of the work we do at Peerless-AV, and love showing our team some love! How are you celebrating Valentine’s Day this year?
