Each December, our team at Peerless-AV takes a moment to remember all the great things that happened throughout the year. It’s a chance for our team to reflect on the incredible accomplishments and milestones that defined the last 12 months. From innovative product launches to prestigious industry awards, 2024 has been truly unforgettable.

New Innovations
This year, our team launched a range of new and improved products, all while staying responsive to evolving consumer needs and leading the way in innovation.
Peerless-AV was pleased to launch the Neptune™ Full Sun Series Outdoor Smart TVs this year. These outdoor TVs, available in 55″ and 65″ sizes, follow the success of the 2022 Partial Sun Series. Built with Peerless-AV’s signature maintenance-free design, these TVs offer easy installation for a wide variety of outdoor spaces. With 800 nits of brightness, they deliver clear, vibrant images specifically for direct sunlight, and their all-weather construction withstands temperatures from -22°F to 122°F (-30°C to 50°C), making them resistant to rain, snow, and debris. Thanks to advanced high TNI panel technology, the Full Sun Series performs well in extreme heat and direct sunlight, offering a longer lifespan and reliability. With 4K UHD resolution, high dynamic range (HDR) for richer colors and better contrast, and an IPS panel for consistent image quality from any angle, the Neptune Full Sun is the ultimate outdoor TV.
Our team also announced that the SR860 SmartMount® Flat Panel Cart was HETMA-approved in 2024. The SR860 is designed for easy mobile display deployment in spaces like boardrooms or classrooms. Its sleek, tubular frame conceals all cables within the structure for a clean, minimalist look. Additionally, the rear ABS molded cover hides cables, media players, and mini PCs, ensuring a tidy appearance even when the back of the cart is visible. The HETMA approval recognizes its value for higher education. This is thanks to features like ADA compliance, easy mobility, and efficient cable management.
The SEAMLESS Kitted Universal dvLED Mounting System also underwent several new enhancements to the award-winning video wall solution, making installing dvLED even quicker and easier. This mounting system is the industry’s first 1:1 DS-LEDUNV models that follow the ‘one display, one mount’ universal strategy of LCD video walls, significantly speeding up and simplifying stocking, inventory management, order processing, and shipping. With its patent-pending reusable universal spacer, unlike any other on the market, users can eliminate the need for dedicated vertical wall templates with its set pin height location for more precise and efficient configurations.
Peerless-AV also introduced the STS650 SmartMount® Universal Scissor Wall Mount! This mount is an ideal solution for UC/VC applications and recessed walls, offering easy access to components behind the display. Its extendable adaptors pull the display 12″ (305 mm) from the wall for simple maintenance, locking it in place once done. The Hook-and-Hang™ feature simplifies installation, while the open-access design allows flexible placement of outlets and in-wall boxes. Post-installation leveling and side-to-side adjustments ensure precise positioning, making it perfect for conference rooms, digital signage, or hospitality environments.
Another redesign that took place this year was the SmartMount® Articulating Wall Mounts: the SA752PU (43″ to 65″+ displays), SA761PU (43″ to 75″+ displays), and SA771PU (50″ to 90″+ displays). These models offer enhanced versatility, simplified installation, and support for larger displays. Key upgrades include durable steel construction for long-lasting strength, longer arms for a broader viewing range, and robust cast aluminum arms with brass brushings to support heavier displays with smooth articulation. The mounts also feature improved flexibility with upgraded adapter brackets. There are multiple VESA® attachment options (upper, center, lower) for easier display replacement. The refined Hook-and-Hang™ system simplifies installation, and the scratch-resistant powder-coated finish ensures a sleek look, even after frequent adjustments.
