You first saw “Get It Right” on a banner at CES 2014. You saw it again on our digital signage video wall in the Peerless-AV booth during DSE 2014. Come June, it’s going to be a prominent part of our booth at InfoComm.
So what’s Get It Right all about? Well, first, it’s all about YOU. Whether you’re an installer, integrator or distributor, you do your best every day to make sure every job is flawless. You “get it right” because of your skill, experience, commitment to your customers—plus those little personal things (broken-in work boots?) that help you excel.
It’s the same for us, and all these reasons are why we’ve developed Get It Right as the rallying cry for our new communication campaign. Think of it as cause and effect. We Get It Right with high-quality products and innovative solutions so you, too, can Get It Right.
Before we arrived at this as our central theme, we spent a lot of time speaking with many of you who rely on our products. After months of on-site visits, phone interviews and reviewing letters and emails from you, we knew Get It Right encapsulated our shared commitment. Beyond our research, we also did a gut-check based on what many of us already knew from having been in your shoes.
How else will you have a chance to experience the Get It Right campaign?
Aside from the new product data sheets, you will also spot the Get It Right stamp and campaign messaging at tradeshows, points of purchase where customers can get products from distributors and within our social media communities.
We are even creating an online hub that will be our digital home for everything that distributors, dealers and installers need to get it right every day. It’ll be easily accessible and will offer user-friendly features to make getting it right even simpler.
