
Case Study Overview: Juici Patties, Drax Hall, Jamaica
Juici Patties, a beloved fast-food chain with its newest branch in Drax Hall, St. Ann, has installed its first-ever outdoor digital drive-thru menu board as part of a broader initiative to modernize operations, improve customer experience, and ensure brand consistency across locations.
Located in the rapidly developing Drax Hall region at the Boot Service Station, the 2,000 sq. ft. location employs 30 staff and is operated by Golden Grain Baking Company Limited, the newest Juici Patties franchisee. With high passing traffic, the branch was perfectly positioned to introduce a drive-thru experience focused on speed, clarity, and convenience.

To achieve this, the franchise partnered with Main Event Entertainment Group Ltd, a long-time provider of digital signage for Juici Patties. As Peerless-AV® Platinum Dealers, Main Event selected a Peerless-AV Outdoor Digital Menu Board (KOF555-3) with a 55″ LG 55XE4F-M Outdoor Display, accompanied by a speaker/microphone kit, internal media player shelf, cooling fan, and power distribution unit. The mount’s modular design and IP54-rated enclosure ensure reliable, all-weather performance. Two static aluminum side panels were included to complete a three-screen layout, with the flexibility to upgrade to digital in the future. A canopy with integrated lighting was also added to enhance visibility during night service.
Additionally, inside the restaurant, four 49” LG UH7 Series Displays were mounted using Peerless-AV SmartMount® Digital Menu Board Mounts (DS-MBZ647L). All content, indoors and out, is managed by SCALA’s enterprise CMS, allowing real-time updates to pricing, promotions, and availability, reducing staff workload and increasing operational responsiveness.

The installation took place over two weeks in May 2025, with careful coordination among Main Event engineers, franchise owners, contractors, and infrastructure teams. The digital signage launched without delays, ahead of the grand opening on June 6th, 2025.
The result was a smoother ordering process, faster service, and consistent brand presentation across all displays. Customers can now browse menu options more efficiently, while the franchise benefits from centralized content control and a scalable signage solution.
With strong early results and growing customer interest, the Drax Hall branch sets a new digital benchmark for Juici Patties’ 65+ locations across Jamaica and the U.S.
